Happy June! Welcome back to all new and returning campers!

Hope everyone is happy with the new management so far. Our goal is to keep everyone as happy as Sue & Rudy did. By the end of the summer we should know everyone’s first name.

We had a great Memorial Day opening weekend. We wanted to thank everyone who made it to our welcome back gathering last Sunday May 28th. It was nice to get to meet everyone. We also hope you had a fun evening last Saturday night with the band the Wanderers. They were a hit and will be back performing for sure! We plan to have many more gatherings this season as well.

If you have any ideas for an activity please come and tell management we will be glad to organize something. We will also need volunteers for a few events.

In the effort to help us get the word out on any upcoming event or news, we are looking to acquire everyone’s updated address & email for an easier and quick communication. Please stop by the office to fill out the info.
We now have a website: www.Lazydaysny.com go check it out! and please share with your family and friends.
We have a few sites available, spread the word and have them contact Jason at 518-236-7287
We now have a new Facebook page. Go like our Facebook page Lazy Days Campsites NY. The new page will be the official page more for tourism info. There will be info about the campground events happenings and events and places to visit in the city surroundings. We will still maintain the old Facebook page as well which is Lazy Days campsites “without NY” which will be our fan page.
Good news! We now have a recycling dumpsters by the garbage dumpster. Pay attention to the recycling sign on it since it is the same color as the garbage dumpster.

-List of items that can be recycled: Cardboard, Plastic, newspaper, cans & glass bottles

“NO Styrofoam or food containers”

We no longer will have the recycling bins by the laundry room. Only the small ones to collect   bottles by coffee machine at the pavilion.

We now have a phone located outside the office by the door for local calls, emergency and to reach Jason if he is out of the office and on site.

We now have snacks, water & soft drinks at the office for $1.00 if you have a little craving or get thirsty.

A big “Thank You” to Sandra and Richard for helping us out with the planting of all the flowers and taking out the weeds around the common areas and everyone else who participated.

Schwans will be here every other Monday (Wednesdays last year) starting May 8th
Friday night Poker @7pm

Get your boots & your hats on! We are having a “Country night” Saturday June 3rd from 6:30pm-9:00pm Hosted by R&B DJ. Get ready for some line dancing! Come all dressed up Country!

We will also have a 50/50 raffle this Saturday.

We will also have Bingo night starting June 10th @ 7:00pm popcorn will be provided. We are looking to have Bingo at least twice a month.

Upcoming event Come and play Win, Lose or Draw June 17th @ 7:00pm everyone welcome kids and adults. We will have 2 teams and the winner will get a prize.
Saturday night June 24th if weather permits we will have a bond fire to celebrate Quebec Day with all our Quebec campers. Fire will start @ 7:00pm bring your lawn chair and your blanket. Will be postponed to the following day Sunday June 25th if it is rained out. Everyone is welcome for the celebration!

We will try to have a movie night for kids and family every Friday night if weather permits by gazebo. Bring your lawn chair and blanket. Hope we have warms nights to come. We will put our rosaries out on the clothes line for some good weather. We will have a popcorn Machine.

Leaves. should be all be picked up by now on your lots and any debris laying around. If you put your leaves in a pile we will be glad to pick them up for you. Just let us know. By June 10th you lot should be Spic & Span. After June10th we will pick up any leaves or debris laying around and charge a 25$ fee.

Firewood. Maximum amount allowed stored on your lot is a face cord. (4'x8') No burning of trash plastic, styrofoam, plywood... Etc.

Firewood available at the office for $20.

Garbage. Please read the signs and do not place unacceptable items in dumpsters. Furniture, carpet, construction debris, tires, tv ...ect You are responsible for their disposal offsite.

Swimming pools. The pools should be in operating conditions June 3rd for the ones who are not afraid of cold water. Kids under 18 should be accompanied by an adult. Everyone must stop by the office for the pool safety instructions prior to using the pools. No diving in the pool

We are looking in having a CPR class with certification available for everyone to take here at the pavilion very soon. You never know, you could save a life!

Housekeeping. Please maintain your lots, campers & sheds in good condition

Sheds must be 10'x10' or smaller and must be pre-approved by management.

Selling of camper notice. Please notify the office staff if you have intentions on selling your camper. It is very important that management is notified so we know of new owners coming to camp with us. We will be glad to get the work out to any potential purchasers. You are welcome to post your camper’s info on the bulletin board.
